Your resident portal account
Request an account with your address. Once the board confirms it, you can read residents-only documents, send requests to the board, reserve the clubhouse and courts, and choose whether to appear in the neighbor directory.
Dues
Annual dues are $65 a month. If you bought mid-year, your share was likely settled at closing — check your closing statement.
Before you change the outside of your home
Fences, paint colors, sheds, patios and big landscaping changes need architectural approval first. It’s quick: submit a request in the portal with a photo or sketch.
The pool
Pool key fobs are $10 each. Ask for yours through the portal and pick it up at the clubhouse.
