Six-lane pool with a shallow kids’ area, shaded deck and restrooms. Lifeguards on duty during open hours.
Key fob required.
Up to 4 guests per household; guests must be with a resident.
No glass on the deck.
Children under 14 need an adult present.
Reservations 8 am – 10 pm
Great room with a kitchen, tables and chairs for 60 — home to board meetings and available for residents’ parties.
Reservations are for residents in good standing.
A $100 refundable deposit is due a week before the event.
Leave the room as you found it: trash out, tables wiped, thermostat at 68°.
No amplified music after 9 pm.
Dawn – 10 pm, year-round
One tennis court lined for two pickleball courts, with lights until 10 pm. Paddles and balls in the clubhouse closet.
Reservations up to 90 minutes.
Walk-ups are welcome when the court isn’t reserved.
Non-marking shoes only.

Climbing structure, slides and swings under the big oaks, with benches for grown-ups.

Two miles of paved and mulched paths around both ponds, with a boardwalk and benches. Catch-and-release fishing is allowed for residents.
