Before you paint, fence or build: get approval first

Exterior changes — paint colors, fences, roofs, sheds, patios, big landscaping changes — need architectural approval before work starts. Submit a request in the resident portal with a sketch or photo and the materials you plan to use. The committee meets the first Thursday of each month.

Approval usually takes two to three weeks, so plan ahead for spring projects.
